The Group has diversified into Hotels by the way of Company JAI BHUVAN PROJECTS Pvt Ltd. and this company is executing all the hotel projects. The first of such Hotels, a 3-star, HOTEL ORION, opened at Porvorim, Goa, in December 2007. The second Hotel Orion Premiere, next to TajVivanta opened in May 2017 in the heart of capital city of Panaji. The Group in February 2016 opened the one and only full-fledged complete Mall- MALL DE GOA at Porvorim in Goa offering Shopping, Cinema, Food and Entertainment at one single location. This marked the entry of the group in Retail business.
As a part of their commitment to giving back to the society, the promoters have started Jnyan Vikas School recognized by the Education Department, Govt of Goa at Porvorim, Goa, under the banner Shri Sadanand Sheshgiri Shet Education Trust.
Established in June 2005, Jnyan Vikas School is an English Medium Co-education School, managed by Shri Sadanand Sheshgiri Shet Education Trust. a dream project of Shri Sadanand Sheshgiri Shet. The school curriculum is designed to provide education based on Values, with equal exposure to physical and mental growth.
